THE BEST!
Almost two years since I joined KFit, and throughout that time I have massively improved my fitness, health and well-being, shedding six stones in body weight. I attend 2 classes and 1 PT. Kara puts so much time and effort into making sure each of her clients are exercising in a way that meets their individual needs. Her sessions are filled with fun, knowledge, support and guidance, you also get access to the amazing "KFIT PLAN" with recipes galore to inspire you. Her methods of delivering sessions build a positive and inclusive environment where you can't help but make friends.
if you want to make real lifestyle changes, constantly push yourself and see progression every week, then there is no better fitness group and no better trainer than Kara.
As a personal trainer and class trainer Kara is first class, what she can do for your health and overall fitness is amazing. She is very easy to talk to and can adapt things to your ability.
I have had a few trainers along the way, Kara is by far the best, with her knowledge and her 'you can do anything' attitude the results are amazing.
I have also had a massage, well a few actually, couldn't wait to go back for my second as I felt lighter than I had in years, my neck and shoulders were tight for years, I felt brilliant when I left.
I would 100% recommend Kara you won't be disappointed.

5 STAR TRAINER!
Absolutely love going to Kara's classes. They are so much fun, whilst getting exactly what you want from a workout, she makes everyone feel welcome and every class is different from one week to the next.
I recently had a session with KFIT fitness instructor and sports masseur, and it was a fantastic experience.
Kara was knowledgeable, professional, and I felt at ease chatting to her.
The massage was brilliant, targeting muscle tension and an existing injury, leaving me feeling refreshed and ready to tackle my next workout. She gave me homework to help improve flexibility and build strength around my injury. Overall the combination of expert guidance and massage made a noticeable difference to how my legs felt.

GREAT PERSONAL TRAINER!
I have started personal training at KFit2health a few months ago with the goals.
1. improve my overall health
2. create a habit of exercising regardless of weather.
3. muscles stronger so I can age gracefully (especially knees)
4. improve posture (painful shoulders)
5. improve balance
6. keep myself active and happy.
I take part in classes and have personal training, the variety of classes are significantly helpful. I am in good progress on all of the above. my posture has already improved, I feel great and would highly recommend Kfit2HEALTH.
BOXERCISE!
I cannot recommend this enough, such a fun way to exercise, Kara is a fantastic trainer, very thorough with your health and any conditions you may have and you work at your own pace. The rest of the class are so friendly, try it at least once as I was shocked how much I enjoyed it 10/10 fitness classes
Rewarding and confidence building Kara is lovely, a welcoming person. She instantly put me at ease and introduced me to other class members. Kara is a fantastic instructor who guides, encourages and will push you to be the best you can be. I look forward to Kara's classes and feel fitter, stronger and healthier after just a few classes. fitness classes
I have been with Kara for rehabilitation after a long illness. She has helped me immensely with strength and conditioning, having muscle and fitness loss due to ill health. I have noticed the difference immensely, I feel stronger and my balance improves all the time. Kara is very motivating, which helps me improve my health and fitness. I cannot recommend her enough. Fantastic recipes to eat, kind and patient. I recommend KFit for all, whether a beginner or wanting to improve your fitness.

Kara is professional and really friendly - this is my first time with a PT and I know that I definitely made the best choice.
In my late 60's, I knew that I needed to make a start with doing effective exercise to ensure better mobility moving forward, but didn't feel a large gym was for me.
Within just a few PT sessions, I felt more confident and hopeful that I could become stronger, and better balanced.
Her approach is holistic, working on improving poor postural habits and reversing problems that sitting at a desk for years has caused, whilst still building strength and balance.
She is knowledgeable and supportive at every step, managing to push me to do more without ever making me feel overwhelmed.
I just wish I had signed up sooner and I would 100% recommend her to anyone!!

I suffer with anxiety and can honestly say, it has reduced considerably since joining KFit.
