Excellent trainer. Varies the programs. Not too strenuous. I find it very beneficial for my complaint.
As a personal trainer and class trainer Kara is first class, what she can do for your health and overall fitness is amazing. She is very easy to talk to and can adapt things to your ability. Classes are friendly and fun although you know you have had workout when you leave. I would 100% recommend Kara you won't be disappointed.

BOXERCISE!
I cannot recommend this enough, such a fun way to exercise, Kara is a fantastic trainer, very thorough with your health and any conditions you may have and you work at your own pace. The rest of the class are so friendly, try it at least once as I was shocked how much I enjoyed it 10/10 fitness classes
After 10 years of no exercise I have finally had the kick up the back side and the push that I needed to move. Kara keeps me motivated while constantly pushing me to improve, she gives clear understandable advice and I'm already seeing results, I think it helps that she is a genuinely nice person. personal trainer
Rewarding and confidence building Kara is lovely, a welcoming person. She instantly put me at ease and introduced me to other class members. Kara is a fantastic instructor who guides, encourages and will push you to be the best you can be.
