In my many years of study and looking after my health and that of others, I have created and adapted many recipes of which I now serve.
I have learnt that you don't have to go without, it is all about making better choices surrounding your food.
Choosing foods lower in saturated fats, foods that hold nutritional value, which in turn provide your body with what it needs to function correctly.
You do not have to lose the flavour, in fact foods created from fresh ingredients taste fantastic and your body will thank you for it.
All my prep meals have day of purchase plus 2 days fridge life and, are oven ready and come with full reheat instructions.
